Crunchy Granola
Crunchy Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. dry oatmeal, 2/3 c. coconut, 2 c. chopped nuts, 3 c. wheat germ (optional) and 2/3 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In one bowl combine oats, coconut, nuts and wheat germ.
In another bowl combine brown sugar, margarine and honey.
Mix the two together.
Press firmly into well-greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Get out of pan immediately and spread out on a piece of waxed paper.
