Crunchy Granola
Crunchy Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rolled oats, 1 c. sunflower seeds, 1 c. wheat germ, 1/2 c. sesame seed and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
In small pan bring to boil the honey, oil and cinnamon. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets or jelly roll pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often.
Watch closely the last 10 minutes so it doesn't get too brown.
Cool undisturbed and crumble.
