Crunchy Cauliflower Salad
Crunchy Cauliflower Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. thinly sliced raw cauliflower, 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. diced pimento and 3 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In medium bowl, place cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion; set aside.
In jar with tight fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients.
Shake well.
Pour over cauliflower mixture.
In refrigerator, marinate, turning occasionally, for at least 1 hour.
Serve on lettuce.
