Crown of Chocolate
Crown Of Chocolate is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. ladyfingers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease and line bottom and sides of a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add beaten egg yolks and melted chocolate.
With a clean bowl and beaters, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in chocolate mixture and whipped cream.
Pour into pan and chill until firm. Serves 10 to 16.
