Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
Crispy Herb Baked Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. potato flakes, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 to 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut up frying chicken, skinned and 1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375°.
Grease or line with foil 15 x 1-inch pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; stir until well mixed.
Dip chicken pieces into margarine.
Roll in potato flakes mixture to coat.
Place in pan.
Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
