Crisp Cranberry Relish
Crisp Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries (fresh or frozen), 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 c. diced, green, eating apple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place half the cranberries in food processor; turn on/off until evenly chopped.
Transfer to a bowl.
Repeat with remaining berries.
Stir in sugar, lemon rind and juice.
Refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week. Do not add the apples and celery until an hour before serving.
