Crisp Chicken Casserole

Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery and onions into a mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup cornflake crumbs, soup and water chestnuts.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Add remaining 1 cup cornflake crumbs.
Mix well and use as topping for casserole.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
