Crescent Cookies
Crescent Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1/2 lb. imperial regular margarine, 10 tbsp. sugar, 4 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter and margarine.
Add sugar, vanilla and water; mix.
Sift flour and salt; add to mixture.
Add pecans and mix thoroughly.
Using a small portion of the mixture about the size of a walnut, roll longways into a crescent shape (keep size even).
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325Β° for 20 minutes. Cool slightly.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
