Creole Steak
Creole Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, salt and pepper, 1 onion, chopped, 1 c. tomato sauce and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sprinkle meat strips with salt and pepper.
Brown in oil.
Add onion, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
Turn heat to medium, add bell pepper.
Cover and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
