Creole Soup
Creole Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. water, 2 c. chopped onions (fine), 2 green peppers, chopped fine, 2 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes and 1/2 lb. spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine onions, peppers and tomatoes to the 1/2 gallon of water.
Bring to a boil.
Break spaghetti into small pieces and add to other ingredients.
Over a low fire, boil until spaghetti done, stirring frequently to avoid sticking. Serves 10 to 15.
