Creole Sauce
Creole Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms and 2 c. canned tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oil; cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms over low heat about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and seasonings; cook until sauce is thick, about 40 minutes.
Use with meat, fish or poultry.
Yield: about 2 1/2 cups.
