In a small pan, soften gelatin in cold water; stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved
In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice and finely chopped onion; beat until smooth
Blend in dissolved gelatin, sour cream and capers
Spoon into 3 1/2-cup mold; chill until firm
Unmold on a platter lined with lettuce; add garnish of cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes.
