Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 2 cans french fried onions (2.8 oz. each) and 2/3 c. saltines, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the soup mix; mix well.
