Creamy-Rich Peanut Butter Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. half and half, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar with milk (half and half); stir well.
Then let set for 2 hours until all dissolved.
Boil until mixture forms solid ball in water.
(Important, do not stir while cooking.)
Let set until lukewarm.
Add butter and vanilla.
Stir until like heavy fudge.
Knead in a clean, damp cloth until creamy.
Roll into long sheet.
Spread with peanut butter.
Roll into jelly roll and slice into pieces.
