Creamy Rice Pudding
Creamy Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. uncooked raw rice, 3 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In heavy 2-quart pan, cook rice in water and salt 15 minutes. After it starts to boil, remove from heat and add milk and raisins.
Gradually add beaten eggs, one at a time, stirring briskly while over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and nutmeg.
