Creamy Pumpkin Dessert is an impressive dinner. Made with 17 oz. pkg. refrigerated ready to slice sugar cookie dough, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices.
Place slices in rows in 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased pan; press to edges and corners.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla; mix at low speed until well blended.
Add egg; mix well.
Spread mixture over cookie base.
In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, cloves, pumpkin, milk and eggs; mix well.
Carefully pour pumpkin mixture over cream cheese layer.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool; refrigerate.
