Creamy Praline Patties is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 tsp. soda, 1 c. light cream, 1 1/2 tbsp. butter and 2 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar and soda.
Mix well with wooden spoon.
Stir in cream.
Bring to boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Reduce heat.
Cook and stir to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and pecans.
Beat mixture until thick, 2 to 3 minutes.
Drop from metal spoons on wax paper on in nut cups.
Makes 24 to 30 (1 1/2-inch) patties.
