Creamy Potluck Potatoes
Creamy Potluck Potatoes is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 50 minutes. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the soup, sour cream, cream cheese and butter.
Add 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoons of green onion, skim milk, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
Stir mixture to combine.
Stir in potatoes.
Place in 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350Β° oven or until heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with remaining green onion.
