Creamy Potluck Potatoes
Creamy Potluck Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 1/2 c. peeled and chopped potatoes, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 4 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1/4 c. butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the soup, sour cream, cream cheese and butter.
Add 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoons of green onion, skim milk, parsley, garlic salt and pepper.
Stir mixture to combine.
Stir in potatoes.
Place in 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350Β° oven or until heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with remaining green onion.
