Creamy Potato Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. hot mashed potatoes (5), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 egg and 1 small jar diced pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix potatoes, cream cheese, egg and salt together until creamy.
Add onion and pimento.
