Creamy Potato Casserole
Creamy Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large baking potatoes, 2 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese, 1/2 stick butter, cut in bits, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bake or boil potatoes until just tender.
Peel and shred into large bowl.
Toss with cheese, salt and pepper.
Put in greased 2 quart baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Pour cream over. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lightly browned and bubbly.
