Creamy Potato Bake
Creamy Potato Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 6n slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 3 small green onions, chopped and 1 c. (4 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Drain and mash.
Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with sour cream. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes.
