Cube potatoes and cook until done.
Place in the large electric mixer bowl and mash.
Add all other ingredients, except cheese, and blend until smooth on medium-high speed.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8-inch casserole dish.
Cover and bake in a 325Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
