Creamy Lemon Pie
Creamy Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 3 slightly beaten egg yolks (save white for meringue), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In saucepan, combine sugar, salt and flour.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Add yolks; cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and rind, butter and vanilla.
Pour in pie shell.
Make meringue; spread on pie.
Bake for 10 minutes in 450° oven.
Reduce heat to 350° for 45 to 50 minutes; cool.
