Creamy Holiday Fudge
Creamy Holiday Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. (three 6 oz. pkg.) borden milk chocolate morsels, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In top of double boiler, melt chocolate over boiling water, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add milk, salt and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly into waxed paper lined 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board.
Peel off paper and cut into squares.
Tightly cover any leftovers.
Makes 1 3/4 pounds.
