Creamy Fudge
Creamy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. light cream, 1/3 c. milk and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Butter side of heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Combine sugars, cream, milk and butter.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugars are dissolved and mixture comes to a boiling point, then cook to a soft ball stage (238Β°) or tested in cold water, stirring only if necessary.
Remove from heat.
Cool to lukewarm without stirring.
Add vanilla and nuts; beat until very thick. Pour into buttered pan.
Cut when cool.
