Creamy Fruit Salad
Creamy Fruit Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with (8 3/4 oz.) can fruit cocktail, (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello, c. boiling water, (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain fruit, reserving liquid.
Add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup total.
Combine gelatin and boiling water in a blender.
Cover and blend at low speed until it is dissolved, approximately 1 minute. Add measured liquid syrup, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in fruit cocktail. Spoon into a jello mold and chill about 2 hours.
Unmold and garnish.
