Creamy Cornbread
Creamy Cornbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. self-rising cornmeal, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. oil, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 can creamed corn (16 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 425Β° and mix all ingredients together.
Pour enough oil into a 9-inch iron skillet so that the bottom of the skillet is covered.
Place the oiled skillet in the oven until it is hot enough to sizzle (test by sprinkling a small amount of cornmeal in skillet).
Pour batter into heated skillet and bake for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
Test center of cornbread with a toothpick to see if it is done.
