Creamy Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Creamy Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. success brown and wild flavored rice, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook rice according to package directions. Add broccoli, soup and slightly beaten egg yolks.
Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into rice mixture. Empty mixture into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 250Β° for 20 minutes.
