Creamy Banana Pudding
Creamy Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cold fat-free milk, 2 (1 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 c. (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed and 34 vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Stir in sour cream.
Fold in whipped topping until well blended.
Place half of the vanilla wafers in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
Top with half of the pudding mixture, half of the bananas, then remaining wafers, bananas and pudding mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
