Creamed Corn
Creamed Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 ears fresh corn, 1 c. water, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. milk and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Remove shucks and silk from corn.
Wash thoroughly and cut corn off cobs.
Place in saucepan with water.
Season to suit your taste. (May use 2 tablespoons bacon grease.) Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes on low heat.
Combine flour and cold milk until smooth; stir in with corn.
Cook another 5 or 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
