Cream Vegetable Casserole
Cream Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, mixed vegetables, 1 small onion, minced or dehydrated onions, 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In saucepan, gently cook butter and onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and mustard and then milk. Add pepper, celery and salt.
Arrange layer of drained vegetables, layer of cheese and layer of sauce.
Repeat and end with cream sauce. Top with crumbs and frozen pieces of onion rings.
Bake 1/2 hour in a 350Β° oven.
