Combine water, shortening and salt.
Bring to boil.
Reduce to low and add flour; beat until smooth and ball clings.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Beat until smooth.
Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes or golden brown and almost dry.
Makes 6 to 8.
