Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 stick butter and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Bring water, butter and salt to boil.
Add 1 cup flour.
Mix well into dough.
Set aside to cool, approximately 15 minutes. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time.
Beat well after adding each egg.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Put into preheated oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375Β°.
Do not open oven door while baking. Let cool before removing from pan.
Top off and take any dough out that is left inside.
Fill with whipped cream or your favorite pudding.
