Cream Puffs

Heat butter and water.
When the mixture is boiling, add the flour all at once.
Stir vigorously until the mixture no longer sticks to sides of pan.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a well-greased cookie sheet (2-inches apart). Bake in a very hot oven at 450° for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 more minutes.
Remove and cool.
When ready to serve, slit top and fill with vanilla pudding.
