Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with c. butter or margarine, c. water, c. sifted flour, of salt and eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water; add milk, shortening and salt.
Mix.
Stir in flour (it may be necessary to add a little more flour to make the dough more easy to knead). Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Put by tablespoons into ungreased muffin tins (do not fill over 1/2) or you can put in baking pans and have them connected together.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Brush tops with butter and bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
