Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 4 eggs, 1 c. water and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring butter, water and salt to a boil until butter is melted. Put on low heat, add the flour, stir constantly.
When the mixture falls away from the sides of the pan, turn off heat.
Add 1 egg at a time and beat very, very well.
Drop one tablespoon of the mixture at a time on a greased baking sheet, leave plenty of room between each spoonful for the mixture to expand.
Bake at 400Β° for approximately 40 minutes, take out of oven and slice the top of each puff, return to the oven for approximately 5 minutes.
Makes approximately 12 large cream puffs.
