Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. boiling water or milk, 1 c. flour, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring liquid and shortening to boil.
Add flour all at once; stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan.
Cool slightly. Add one egg at a time, beating each one in.
Mixture should be very stiff.
Shape on oiled sheet with spoon or pastry bag.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°; bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until done.
Fill with seafood salad, ice cream or whipped cream.
