Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. flour and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in saucepan.
Stir in flour.
Stir over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about one minute; remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, all at once.
Beat until smooth.
Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake until puffed and golden, 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool away from drafts.
Cut off tops and remove soft dough.
Fill with cream filling and replace tops; dust with powdered sugar.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 6 cream puffs.
