Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sifted flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring water, salt and butter together to boiling point.
Add flour all at once and remove from heat.
Stir constantly until mixture leaves side of pan.
(Forms a ball).
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating each in thoroughly, before adding the next.
Drop by tablespoons a little distance apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake in hot oven (450°) for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
