Cream of Mushroom Meat Loaf
Cream Of Mushroom Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 egg, 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 1 chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion in a large bowl.
Once mixed, add 1/2 can mushroom soup.
Mix together well.
Put in loaf pan and cook for 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Drain excess fat from pan.
Layer top of meat loaf with mashed potatoes. Put back in oven for 10 minutes. Take 1/2 can mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk and put in microwave for 1 minute. Put meat loaf and potatoes on plate.
Put cream of mushroom sauce over it.
Add your choice of veggies.
