Cream of Crab Soup
Cream Of Crab Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. half and half or light cream, 1 qt. milk, 1/4 c. butter, 1 can cream of potato soup, blended and cayenne pepper and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dice onions very fine.
In large pan, saute onions in butter for a few minutes.
Add soup, crabmeat, cayenne pepper and salt. Add cream and milk.
(Note
Use milk to thin for consistency.) It should be thick to medium.
Cook over low heat until heated through.
Do not boil.
