Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 qt. water, 1 onion, chopped, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In 3-quart pan, bring water to a boil.
Add broccoli and onion and boil 10 minutes.
Add seasonings and shredded cheese; stir until melted.
Add milk, cream and butter.
Stir and heat to boiling.
Slowly add water to flour, stirring constantly, until texture is smooth.
Slowly add water, stirring rapidly.
Cook until soup is consistency of heavy cream.
