Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch broccoli, cut flowerets in small pieces, 2 c. water, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. oleo and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put broccoli in water and cook until done and set aside.
In Dutch oven, saute onion in oleo; stir in flour.
Add bouillon packs; add pepper (several shakes).
Add skim milk.
Heat and stir.
Add broccoli mix.
Simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4 to 6.
