Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cubes chicken bouillon, 3 pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 stick butter, 1 small diced onion and 1/2 c. minus 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in 3 cups boiling water.
Add broccoli and cook until crisp-tender.
Saute butter and onion. Add flour.
Stir in half and half; stir constantly until thick. Add broccoli with water into pot with flour mix.
Stir until well mixed and cook just a minute or two more.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes about 6 bowls.
