Cream Cole Slaw(My Favorite) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head cabbage or less, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. coffee cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Shred cabbage.
Mix sugar with vinegar in cup.
Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add coffee cream and stir.
Mixture will thicken.
Add salt to cabbage, then add cream mixture.
This dressing may be used on other salads.
If not enough, just mix another batch as before.
