Cream Cheese Sausage Puffs
Cream Cheese Sausage Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. hot and spicy pork sausage, 1 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until almost done.
Add onions and mushrooms; saute until sausage is no longer pink and onions are tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Stir cream cheese into warm sausage mixture; mix well.
Separate crescent rolls into triangles and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
Place one teaspoon filling on wide edge of triangle.
Roll wide edge of dough toward the point of the triangle.
Bake at 375Β° for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 64 puffs.
