Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Cream Cheese Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cake flour (sifted; i prefer swans down), 3 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream cheese, butter, and margarine until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar (half cup at a time).
Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
Add cake flour (half cup at a time) and mix well each time until all flour is added.
Stir in lemon flavoring.
Pour in bundt pan and bake at 350Β° for one hour and 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
Dust with powdered sugar.
