Cream Cheese Pineapple Salad
Cream Cheese Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. knox unflavored gelatin, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 pt. whipping cream or 2 to 3 envelopes dream whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat pineapple and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Dissolve in cold water the gelatin.
Add to mixture.
Let cream cheese soften at room temperature, then add to pineapple mixture.
Let set until partially set.
Whip the cream and fold in.
Chill. Serve on lettuce leaf.
Top with cherry.
