Cream Cheese Pie(Frozen)
Cream Cheese Pie(Frozen) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 1 c. whipping cream or rich whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spread 3/4 of the crumbs on the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Have cream cheese at room temperature; mix together with egg yolks, sugar and vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Also whip cream.
Add both to first mixture.
Spread remaining crumbs on top of mixture and freeze 24 hours or more before serving.
I prefer using a glass pan.
